Accessibility Statement for NextGen Prospect

Effective Date: December 4, 2024

NextGen Prospect is committed to providing a digital platform that is accessible to all users, including individuals with disabilities. We aim to ensure that our tools and resources for college athletic programs are inclusive and usable by the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability.

Our Commitment

We strive to comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards wherever feasible. As part of our continuous improvement process, we are evaluating and enhancing the accessibility of our platform, including:

  • Ensuring screen reader compatibility

  • Maintaining keyboard navigability

  • Providing sufficient color contrast and scalable text

  • Using semantic HTML and accessible ARIA attributes

Scope of Coverage

Our accessibility efforts apply to our core cloud-based services offered through the NextGen Prospect platform, including:

  • Scouting Dashboards

  • Roster Management Tools

  • Publicly Available Athlete Databases

We do not host or process institutional data, nor do we provide services that require student or staff authentication or input. This limits the potential for user-specific accessibility accommodations, but we are committed to general digital access best practices.

Third-Party Integrations

Some functionality may depend on third-party services or platforms (e.g., data visualizations, hosting infrastructure) whose accessibility features are beyond our direct control. We actively select vendors and technologies that demonstrate a strong commitment to accessibility.
